(Cidra’s Museum of Contemporary Art). MUCAC
Cidra’s Museum of Contemporary Art will be built overlooking a manmade lake in Puerto Rico.
The Museum with 73,300 square feet and 15 galleries and a two level restaurant, will constitute the first phase of a mayor development which will include an open Amphitheater with its stage set against the lake’s water; an educational center for the fine arts; a family park; a sculpture garden and a windmill promenade all connected by a wood boardwalk and plazas maintaining the natural atmosphere of the lake and its surroundings.
In keeping with the worldwide interest in the use of renewable energy sources for the generation of electricity, the museum will be totally self-sufficient producing its required electricity by solar, wind and water.
